Before you register

Payment and deposit. The retreat cost is $450 per person. A $100 deposit is required to secure a place, and must be received within 72 hours after payment instructions are emailed. Unpaid pending registrations expire after that window. The remaining $350 may be paid through a personalized plan arranged with the co-directors. The final balance deadline will be announced after the venue is confirmed. No payments are collected through this website.

Cancellations and refunds. Participant payments, including the deposit, are nonrefundable once made, except where required by law. If Koino Life cancels the retreat, refund arrangements will depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Contact the co-directors for clarification before paying.

Capacity and rooms. Capacity is limited and will be finalized after the venue is booked. Once filled, further applicants may join a waitlist, without paying a deposit until a space is offered. All roommate and accommodation requests depend on availability. Shared couple accommodations may only be requested by legally married couples.

Community and safety. Attendees must be 18 or older, treat others with respect, honor boundaries, respect confidential sharing, and follow venue and co-director instructions. Alcohol and recreational drugs are prohibited; smoking or vaping is permitted only in areas authorized by the venue. Minor conduct issues may be privately addressed; serious misconduct can lead to immediate dismissal at co-director discretion without a prior warning. Confidentiality has limits where safety or legal duties require disclosure.

Information and media. Your registration details are used by the retreat team to coordinate attendance, accommodations, communications, and safety preparations. Information submitted through the form is also processed by the form provider once activated. Share only what is necessary. Photography preferences are recorded separately below.
