We’ll update these details as the retreat venue and schedule are finalized.
01Who can attend?
MADE ALIVE is intended for adults ages 18 and older. We anticipate approximately 18–24 attendees.
02When is the retreat?
February 11–14, 2027.
03Where will it take place?
The retreat venue has not yet been finalized. The location, lodging arrangements, and related details will be shared once confirmed. Please do not assume a location before it is announced.
04How much does it cost?
The retreat cost is $450 per person. A required $100 nonrefundable deposit secures your place when received within 72 hours of the payment email. The remaining $350 may be paid using a personalized plan arranged with the co-directors.
05Does registering automatically reserve my spot?
No. You have 72 hours after payment instructions are emailed to pay the $100 deposit. Only deposit receipt secures your place; unpaid pending registrations expire. A waitlist will be used once capacity is reached.
06Can I pay on this website?
No. The website handles registration only. Payment instructions and available payment-plan options are provided separately by email.
07Are payment plans available?
Yes. Personalized plans are arranged with the co-directors for the $350 balance after the $100 deposit. The final payment deadline will be set after venue booking.
08Can I request a roommate?
Yes. The registration form includes an optional roommate preference. The person requested must also be registered. All arrangements depend on the venue and availability; no preference is guaranteed. Only legally married couples may request shared couple accommodations.
09What will we do at the retreat?
The emphasis is biblical teaching on God’s grace, prayer, reflection, and community. A detailed schedule and any specific activities will be shared as plans are finalized.
10What is included in the $450?
A final itemized list of what is included has not been published yet. Ask the retreat co-directors if you need a particular inclusion confirmed before registering or making payment.
11What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Participant payments are nonrefundable once made, except as required by law. If Koino Life cancels the retreat, refund arrangements depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Please contact the co-directors for clarification before paying.
12Is there a waitlist?
Yes. When venue-based capacity is reached, additional applicants may join a waitlist. Waitlisted participants do not pay a deposit unless offered a space.
13What are the retreat conduct expectations?
We ask everyone to respect other participants, personal boundaries and venue rules. Alcohol and recreational drugs are prohibited. Smoking or vaping is limited to venue-approved areas. Serious misconduct may result in dismissal at the co-directors' discretion. Full terms appear on the registration form.
